Launched a five edition daily newspaper in April, 2006. Gained more than 400, 000 print readers a day and 300, 000 uniques with 1.1 million page views a month in less than a year. Launched a Sunday and gained 640, 000 readers in six months. Owner closed it in February. Before that, editor of dailies in Connecticut, Pennsylvania and Michigan. Started in Indiana as a reporter/photographer, eventually city editor. I’ve launched or relaunched four Web sites. Just built my own homespun site.
